Skanders Gym started as any other kickboxing gym. Because they were growing rapidly they were looking for a more professional rebrand.
What started as a pretty standard question eventually grew to something much more interesting. Through the conversations we had we came to understand the real values of Skanders Gym, which was not just getting fit by hitting things, but was much deeper than that. We quickly understood we had to zoom in to the essence of what it meant for people to decide to go to the gym, going there, and sticking around.
Building from the research we did with members and non-members we first focused on building the story. Armed with a set of strong values, a clear vision and a motivating mission we build the story and from there created a brand design as well as brand tagline and complete short-term and long term strategy to really position the rebrand where it should be.
It was a fun project and since showing the rebranding materials we have gathered quite some positive feedback and even landed a few new projects.
